Lluís Peñuelas is a law graduate and Doctor of Law at the University of Barcelona.
Visiting Scholar of the respective Law Schools of the Universities of Harvard, Stanford and Temple (Philadelphia).
Author of seventy publications on legal dogma or the science of law. Specializations: Financial law, art law, museum law and law for foundations.
University Lecturer on tax and finance law, first at the University of Barcelona and later at the University Pompeu Fabra. Currently, on voluntary leave from his position as lecturer, he only teaches postgraduate classes in a hired capacity at various universities.
Secretary General of the Gala-Salvador Dalí Foundation from 1990 to the present day, in which he is responsible for the management of four of the Foundation’s museums, the installations and infrastructure, the security, the finances, the accounting, the personnel, the general administration, the Secretary of the Board and, together with the rest of the members of the Board of Directors, for the general management of the Foundation.
Legal adviser, both organizational and cultural, to foundations and public authorities, amongst which one can include: the Government of Catalonia, Barcelona City Council, the Barcelona Maritime Museum or the Picasso Museum of Barcelona.
